As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of around 60 to 80 clients, mostly small and medium-sized businesses from a wide range of industries. You’ll help them shape and execute their SEO and GEO strategy, create content using our AI platform, and ensure they see real results in visibility and growth.
Your role combines strategy, creativity and relationship-building. You’re the trusted partner for your clients, translating data into clear actions, sharing advice and helping them get the most out of our platform. You’ll also identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and manage renewals after 12 months, building long-term relationships and measurable success.
