Data Operations Specialist
Build the data foundation of one of Europe's fastest-growing AI companies. We have 80+ sales reps, 2,000+ customers, and a CRM full of data, but it isn't structured, connected, or complete enough to tell us what we need to know. We're hiring someone to help fix that. About WP SEO AI AI-powered SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) managed service. €3M → €10M ARR in 2025. 175+ people across NL, FI, DE, BE, and the UK. Bootstrapped and profitable. You'll work alongside RevOps to build the data foundation our decisions are made on. RevOps owns HubSpot and the workflows; you'll own the data inside it (and outside), making sure it's structured, connected to the right sources, and trustworthy enough to act on.

Your responsibilities

You'll report to the Head of Finance & Ops and have direct access to senior leadership on what to prioritize and why.
What you'll do
Audit what data we have, what's missing, and what's unreliable, then help fix it
Connect siloed sources: CRM, dialer, accounting, enrichment tools, product usage
Set and enforce data quality standards and freshness requirements
Structure data so it's queryable
Recommend enrichment sources and import structures to RevOps
Help define what data to capture at each stage of the customer journey

Requirements
1–3 years working hands-on with data in a business context
Strong SQL and Python skills for data investigation, automation, and wrangling
Experience with cloud data warehouses, APIs, and AI-assisted data workflows
Strong systems thinking and critical data judgment across complex datasets
Fluent in English
