About WP SEO AI
AI-powered SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) managed service. €10M → €30M ARR in 2026. 200+ people across NL, FI, DE, BE, and the UK. Bootstrapped and profitable.


The role
You'll work alongside RevOps to build the data foundation our decisions are made on. RevOps owns HubSpot and the workflows; you'll own the data inside it (and outside), making sure it's structured, connected to the right sources, and trustworthy enough to act on.
You'll report to the Head of Finance & Ops and have direct access to senior leadership on what to prioritize and why.


What you'll do

  • Audit what data we have, what's missing, and what's unreliable, then help fix it

  • Connect siloed sources: CRM, dialer, accounting, enrichment tools

  • Set and enforce data quality standards and freshness requirements

  • Structure data so it's queryable

  • Search enrichment sources and import structures to RevOps

Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years working hands-on with data in a business context

Strong SQL and Python skills for data investigation, automation, and wrangling

Python for automation and data wrangling

Experience with data procurement and leading enrichment sources

Familiarity with a cloud data warehouse (BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar)

API literacy, comfortable with how data moves between SaaS tools

AI-native (non-negotiable): you use AI daily to write SQL, automate cleaning, and explore datasets, and you've developed a sense of where it helps and where it doesn't

Systems thinking: shown five disconnected sources, you can reason about how they connect

Data judgment: you ask "is this number right?" before "what does it mean?"
