Your responsibilities

The role

As a strategic right hand to our CRO, you are at the heart of our operations, driving high-impact projects that shape the way we scale across Revenue, Operations, Finance, and beyond. You work directly with senior leadership and play a key role in turning strategy into execution as we grow toward €100M ARR.

You gain exposure to every part of the business and learn what it takes to scale a high-performance organization from the inside.

What you’ll be doing

  • Act as a day-to-day extension of the CRO, ensuring priorities are clear and execution stays on track

  • Turn ambiguous challenges into structured plans with clear timelines, owners, and outcomes

  • Prepare briefings, decision materials, and insights that support high-stakes conversations

  • Drive cross-functional projects across Revenue, CS, Operations, Finance, HR, and Legal

  • Build lightweight systems and processes that improve execution and reduce friction

  • Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and follow-through

What we are looking for

  • Exceptional execution skills with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

  • Highly analytical with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable operating independently

  • Clear and effective communicator, especially in fast-paced environments

  • Backgrounds in consulting, investment, or high-growth startups are a strong plus

  • Fluent in English, Dutch and/or Finnish is a plus
