Your responsibilities
The role
As a Founder’s Associate Intern, you are at the heart of our operations, working on strategic projects that drive growth across departments like Sales, Marketing, People and Product. You gain exposure to all areas of the business and learn what it takes to scale a successful startup from the inside.
What you’ll be doing
Support the founders and leadership team on cross-functional projects
Analyse business data and identify opportunities for improvement
Help prepare investor reports and internal presentations
Assist in process optimisation and new market research
Contribute to strategic initiatives that shape the company’s growth
What we are looking for
Currently studying Business, Economics or a related field (HBO or WO level)
Analytical thinker with strong communication skills
Hands-on, proactive and excited about startup environments
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
