Your responsibilities

As a Junior BDR, you’ll take your first steps into the world of business development at one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI scale-ups. You’ll be responsible for identifying new customers who can benefit from our leading AI-powered SEO solutions and play an active role in building our outbound pipeline. Our product is relevant for every business that wants to grow online, which means every conversation has potential.


You’ll be part of a high-energy sales team where ambition, teamwork and learning go hand in hand. We’ll provide you with extra guidance, ongoing training and the time you need to hit your targets. From day one, you’ll be surrounded by experienced BDRs and leaders who will coach you step by step, helping you grow both personally and professionally. Once you reach the average BDR targets for two consecutive months, you’ll be promoted immediately to BDR — your salary will increase from €2,900 to €3,500, excluding bonuses. How fast that happens is entirely up to you, but we’ll make sure you get all the support you need to get there.


You’ll quickly gain hands-on experience in outreach, sales conversations and lead generation, while learning how to approach different industries and decision-makers with confidence and curiosity.

What you’ll do

  • Spend most of your day on the phone, turning first contact into real opportunities

  • Reach out to new prospects through calls, email and LinkedIn, with a strong focus on outbound conversations

  • Convert high-quality leads provided by our RevOps team so you can focus on what you do best, engaging and booking meetings

  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handover and maximise conversions

  • Analyse your performance, share insights and keep improving every week
