Your responsibilities
As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you’ll start in a structured training program designed to develop you into a full-fledged Customer Success Manager. You’ll support new customers as they take their first steps on our AI-powered SEO platform, help them get started, and make sure they see real results in visibility and growth.
You’ll work with a wide variety of small and medium-sized businesses, helping them shape their SEO and GEO strategy and create content that performs. From day one, you’ll receive close guidance, personal coaching and all the tools you need to grow quickly — both professionally and personally.
What you’ll be doing
Guide customers through onboarding and ensure a smooth start
Support them in getting the most value from our platform and AI tools
Build strong relationships through regular communication and proactive support
Identify growth opportunities such as upsells, cross-sells and renewals
Collect feedback and share insights to improve our product and processes

Requirements
Some experience in customer-facing roles such as customer service, hospitality or sales
Strong communication skills and a proactive, helpful mindset
Service-oriented, curious and eager to learn about tech, SEO and AI
Native-level Dutch and fluent English (our company language)
Experience with marketing, WordPress or SEO is a plus
