To support that growth, we’re looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist who takes full ownership of sales enablement across our commercial teams.
In this role, you help build a scalable, data driven sales engine. You work closely with sales leadership to improve how our teams ramp, perform and forecast. Your impact is visible in onboarding speed, deal quality, pipeline health and conversion.
You connect enablement, data and automation to ensure our sales teams engage the right prospects at the right time, while continuously improving lead quality and efficiency.
Own and continuously improve sales onboarding and enablement programs from ramp up to advanced training
Create and maintain a clear onboarding journey from day 1 to day 90 for both BDRs and AEs
Build and maintain playbooks and battlecards for discovery, demos, ICPs, personas, objections and messaging
Manage the internal sales knowledge hub with best practices and learnings from top performers
Develop and maintain high quality sales materials such as decks, pricing, case studies and use cases
Identify knowledge, tooling or content gaps and take ownership to fix them
Ensure consistent HubSpot usage and connect CRM, LinkedIn and email automation for smooth lead flow and visibility
