Your responsibilities

The role

At WP SEO AI we’ve grown from 15 to more than 140 team members in Amsterdam in less than a year and we’re just getting started. This year we’ll at least double again. As our Talent Acquisition Specialist for the French Market you’ll be at the heart of that growth, making sure every candidate experiences our culture from the very first contact.

You’ll own the full recruitment process from sourcing to signed offer. You know how to build pipelines, run interviews and close candidates quickly while keeping both speed and quality high. You’ll work closely with our Head of People, Talent Acquisition Manager and Hiring Managers across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to attract talent that not only fits our roles but thrives within our culture.

You’ll also coordinate onboarding together with HR and the team leads, ensuring every new colleague has a smooth start from preboarding communication to their first weeks in the role so they quickly feel part of the team and can perform at their best.

Beyond recruitment you enjoy the creative side of the job, improving our career page, developing ideas for videos and creating social media campaigns that attract top talent.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own the full recruitment process from sourcing to signed offer

  • Build and manage pipelines for multiple roles across different countries

  • Write sharp outreach messages and job descriptions that convert

  • Conduct interviews and guide hiring managers through hiring decisions

  • Help shape our employer brand through social media, video and our career page

  • Manage offers, negotiations and onboarding coordination

Requirements

At least one year of experience in recruitment, either agency or corporate

A commercial, competitive and creative mindset

Comfortable handling high volumes in a fast paced, data driven environment

Experience in tech, SaaS or hiring commercial talent is a plus

Bachelor’s degree or higher

Fluency in French & English

Screening with a Recruiter

A phone call with a recruiter of approximately 30 minutes. We will discuss your experience and motivation, answer your questions, and tell you more about us and what we are looking for.

Office Interview

You visit our office and complete an interview with a manager or senior colleague to discuss your approach and experience in more detail.
