As our Talent Acquisition Specialist for the French Market you’ll be at the heart of that growth, making sure every candidate experiences our culture from the very first contact.
You’ll own the full recruitment process from sourcing to signed offer. You know how to build pipelines, run interviews and close candidates quickly while keeping both speed and quality high. You’ll work closely with our Head of People, Talent Acquisition Manager and Hiring Managers across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to attract talent that not only fits our roles but thrives within our culture.
You’ll also coordinate onboarding together with HR and the team leads, ensuring every new colleague has a smooth start from preboarding communication to their first weeks in the role so they quickly feel part of the team and can perform at their best.
Beyond recruitment you enjoy the creative side of the job, improving our career page, developing ideas for videos and creating social media campaigns that attract top talent.
